    How this interactive tool works

This page provides the documented overview before the interactive experience is loaded. It lets you read the purpose, the material covered and the way the result is presented without entering answers or sending a request. When you choose to continue, the interactive version uses the same material shown here. It then presents the route's existing prompts, controls and completion behaviour.

The interactive experience remains responsible for its own input, score and lead-capture step. Where the route requests a first name and work email, its existing form handles validation and submission. This overview does not replace those steps or submit a lead.

    What you will work through

These are the sections and prompts already used by this route. They describe the scope of the interactive experience and the information it asks you to consider before it creates a result, printable card or saved browser document.

    Strategic Vision and Direction

Set a clear, purposeful direction for AI use and make deliberate decisions about where human judgement leads.

    • Whether AI serves strategic goals rather than simply replacing tasks
    • Which decisions should remain human-led and which could be assisted or delegated
    • How relevant AI tools and capabilities are identified for the team's work

    People, Culture and Capability

Consider the leadership conditions for team learning, experimentation and capability development with AI.

    • Whether people have space to experiment and share learning
    • How psychological safety affects conversations about AI
    • How leaders support capability without leaving people behind

    Governance, Ethics and Accountability

Review the quality controls, accountability and ethical judgement applied to AI-assisted work.

    • How outputs are checked before they are used
    • When human judgement overrides an AI recommendation
    • Whether standards are shared for higher-stakes work

    Execution, Adaptation and Learning

Look at how AI-related change is put into practice, reviewed and improved.

    • How experiments are evaluated rather than simply started
    • How learning from implementation is captured
    • How leadership practice adapts as AI use changes

What happens after you complete it

Access to the interactive scorecard uses its existing first-name and work-email gate. The scorecard then combines all 12 ratings into an overall percentage and reports a profile for each of its four domains. Its existing result bands are Early Stage, Developing, Emerging Leader and AI-Ready Leader. Each domain result includes the corresponding development actions.
