AI Team Charter
A fillable team agreement for defining how a team works with AI.
Set the tools your team uses, the boundaries it maintains, how it reviews AI outputs and how it develops capability together.
- What you receive
- A printable charter that can be saved in the browser.

How this interactive tool works
This page provides the documented overview before the interactive experience is loaded. It lets you read the purpose, the material covered and the way the result is presented without entering answers or sending a request. When you choose to continue, the interactive version uses the same material shown here. It then presents the route's existing prompts, controls and completion behaviour.
The interactive experience remains responsible for its own input, score and lead-capture step. Where the route requests a first name and work email, its existing form handles validation and submission. This overview does not replace those steps or submit a lead.
What you will work through
These are the sections and prompts already used by this route. They describe the scope of the interactive experience and the information it asks you to consider before it creates a result, printable card or saved browser document.
Team identity
Start with the team name, its purpose and why the team is creating a charter now. This frames the agreement around the team rather than around a generic AI policy.
- Team name
- Our purpose as a team
- Why we are creating this charter
Principles and use
Record the values that guide the team, the AI tools it has agreed to use, tasks where AI adds value and tasks where it is not used or needs additional oversight.
- Three AI principles
- Approved AI tools
- Tasks where AI adds value
- Tasks where the team does not use AI
Quality and review
Set the team's standard for reviewing AI outputs, any additional steps for high-stakes output and how errors or concerns are handled.
- Our standard for reviewing AI outputs
- High-stakes outputs: additional steps we take
- How we handle AI errors or concerns
Capability and accountability
Agree how the team develops and shares AI capability, when the charter is reviewed, individual commitments and the date it is agreed.
- Our commitment to developing AI capability
- How we share what we learn
- How often we review this charter
- Individual commitments
- Date agreed
What happens after you complete it
The tool counts completed fields and displays progress. Save stores the entered charter in this browser, and Print opens the completed charter for printing. It does not calculate a score or send the charter contents to Growth Performance. Printing uses the existing optional first-name and email lead gate when a visitor has not already unlocked it.
