We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What data we collect
Contact form
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry).
Diagnostic tools and assessments
When you request your results from one of our interactive diagnostics, we collect your first name, work email address, and optionally your organisation name. We use this to send you relevant resources and follow up on your results. Legal basis: consent (you explicitly opt in before submitting). You may also indicate consent to receive our newsletter and updates; this is optional and clearly labelled.
Analytics data
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time spent, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interests (improving our website). You can opt out of GA4 tracking using browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Contact form submissions and diagnostic leads are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics default settings.
