Who we ARE looking for...
We are always looking for world class facilitators, trainers, coaches and instructional designers to join our expanding pool of associates.
Associates are often the face of our brand, so here are some things to think about before applying;

How do you create amazing and memorable experiences for clients? Send us a video if you have one.
What makes you different...not just the words you say or write but how you connect?
How well do you connect with ALL people, from the CEO up to the cleaner...we have a very down to earth and friendly ethos?
Some of our clients are not keen on traditional ways of working and are often 'anti-corporate'...would you be comfortable in that environment?

We do not guarantee hours but pay fairly and in line with client needs.
Accreditations...some are great but not essential e.g. we love Insights!
​
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in L&D or Performance Solutions and a good track record in a commercial or non L&D role.
