    How this interactive tool works

This page provides the documented overview before the interactive experience is loaded. It lets you read the purpose, the material covered and the way the result is presented without entering answers or sending a request. When you choose to continue, the interactive version uses the same material shown here. It then presents the route's existing prompts, controls and completion behaviour.

The interactive experience remains responsible for its own input, score and lead-capture step. Where the route requests a first name and work email, its existing form handles validation and submission. This overview does not replace those steps or submit a lead.

    What you will work through

These are the sections and prompts already used by this route. They describe the scope of the interactive experience and the information it asks you to consider before it creates a result, printable card or saved browser document.

    Decision Quality

Consider how much better and faster organisational decisions become when human judgement is supported by AI-driven insight, including the protocols for human override.

    • Leadership judgement and contextual thinking
    • Data analysis, pattern recognition and prediction
    • When AI recommendations should be overridden
    • How the speed and accuracy of human-AI decisions compares with two years ago

    Learning Velocity

Consider how rapidly the organisation adapts, upskills and embeds knowledge from AI-augmented feedback loops.

    • Curiosity, coaching and knowledge transfer
    • Personalised learning and real-time feedback
    • How AI-generated knowledge is captured and shared
    • The extent to which AI personalises or accelerates workforce learning experiences

    Resilience

Consider whether the business can absorb shocks, pivot and maintain performance under uncertainty, including fallback arrangements when AI output is unreliable.

    • Adaptability, crisis leadership and fallback capability
    • Scenario modelling, early warning and redundancy
    • The robustness of human override and fallback processes
    • What happens if the organisation's AI systems fail or produce errors

    Creativity and innovation

Consider whether human ingenuity and machine pattern recognition are producing novel solutions, and whether experimentation is supported.

    • Imagination, experimentation and original thinking
    • Pattern surfacing, rapid prototyping and data synthesis
    • Whether people are encouraged to experiment with AI tools
    • How frequently human creativity and AI capabilities produce genuinely novel solutions or products

What happens after you complete it

After all 10 questions have answers, the existing first-name and work-email gate unlocks the result. The assessment converts the selected answers into a percentage and uses the existing maturity bands Nascent, Emerging, Developing, Advancing and Transformative. The result view presents the overall maturity position and the answers by dimension.
