Management development programmes range from one-day management experience workshops to 12-month leadership academies. Most organisations see the strongest results from programmes of 3–6 months that blend workshops with individual coaching, peer learning, and 360-degree feedback. We recommend the right structure after an initial needs analysis.
Can you design bespoke experience for our organisation?+
Absolutely. Every programme we design is bespoke, built around your organisation's culture, challenges, and strategic goals. We don't use off-the-shelf content. Our consultants interview stakeholders, analyse performance data, and contextualise all frameworks, case studies, and assessments to your specific context.
What is your approach to measuring development effectiveness?+
We use a multi-level measurement approach: learner reaction (satisfaction and relevance), knowledge transfer, behaviour change (tracked via 360-degree feedback and manager observation), and business impact (engagement scores, retention, team performance metrics). We agree measurement criteria with you at the outset so ROI is clear and demonstrable.
What is the difference between leadership experience and management experience?+

Our coaching skills programmes are based on the GROW model and evidence from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Can you deliver presentation skills experience for our team?+
Yes. Our presentation skills experience programmes develop confident, compelling communicators at all levels. We teach storytelling frameworks, executive communication, slide design, and handling Q&A, using filmed practice with expert coaching feedback. Most participants report a marked improvement in presenting confidence within a single workshop. We deliver open and bespoke in-house programmes across the UK.
How much does leadership experience cost?+
Our day rate is £1,500–£3,000 depending on the seniority of the facilitator or coach and the complexity of the work. 360-degree feedback is £750 per profile and includes a 60–90 minute one-to-one debrief coaching session. Insights Discovery profiles are £120–£140 per person depending on which chapters are included. The total investment for a programme depends on the number of workshop days, cohort size, and which development elements are included. We provide a detailed proposal with transparent, itemised costings after a complimentary needs analysis. There is no obligation.
Do you deliver leadership experience virtually as well as in person?+
Yes. We deliver all our programmes in-person (at your UK or international premises), virtually (via Zoom or MS Teams), and in hybrid formats. Our virtual programmes are purpose-designed for online delivery, not adapted from classroom formats, and typically run as multiple half-day sessions to maintain energy and engagement. We can also support global cohorts across multiple time zones.
