How this interactive tool works
This page provides the documented overview before the interactive experience is loaded. It lets you read the purpose, the material covered and the way the result is presented without entering answers or sending a request. When you choose to continue, the interactive version uses the same material shown here. It then presents the route's existing prompts, controls and completion behaviour.
Analytics consent is required before the interactive experience is mounted. Declining consent does not start the tool or its tracking. If you continue, the existing experience remains responsible for its own input, score and lead-capture step. Where the route requests a first name and work email, its existing form handles validation and submission. This overview does not replace those steps or submit a lead.
What you will work through
These are the sections and prompts already used by this route. They describe the scope of the interactive experience and the information it asks you to consider before it creates a result, printable card or saved browser document.
Team identity health
This section asks whether the team's identity is coherent and deliberate, particularly in relation to AI, and whether it has made conscious choices about what remains human.
- Whether the team's character has remained coherent
- Whether AI use fits who the team is
- Whether the team notices AI shaping work in unchosen ways
Identity leadership presence
This section looks at whether the leader is visibly doing the identity work the team needs and shaping the team's relationship with AI rather than allowing it to form by default.
- Whether the leader champions the team
- Whether the leader develops practices that strengthen the team
- Whether the leader makes deliberate calls about how AI fits the team
Role clarity and psychological safety
This section considers clarity about human and AI work, the team's shared expectations and whether people can raise difficult issues.
- Which parts of work belong to the individual, AI or the deliberately human role
- When AI should and should not be used
- Whether it is safe to take a risk, ask for help and raise problems
The system around the team
The final section considers manager modelling, room to experiment, recognition, organisational culture and the metrics and incentives around AI work.
- Whether the manager models AI use and creates space for experiments
- Whether redesigning work with AI is recognised
- Whether the system helps rather than holds back the team
What happens after you complete it
Access to the interactive diagnostic uses its existing first-name and work-email gate. The diagnostic then calculates a one to five average across all 35 items and for each section. It reverses the one item marked reverse-scored before calculating the average, then ranks sections by development priority. The existing bands are At Risk, Mixed, Healthy and Strong, with section-specific interpretations and recommended actions.
