    How the result is read

    The interactive diagnostic compares section scores and identifies the highest-scoring section as the current dominant stage. The result uses the interpretation written for that stage and keeps the individual section scores visible.

    • Anxiety (Stage 1), 1 to 20: Start by naming your specific anxieties. Hold a conversation with a trusted peer about what concerns you.
    • Curiosity (Stage 2), 1 to 20: Commit to using one AI tool daily for two weeks. Document what you learn.
    • Confidence (Stage 3), 1 to 20: Share your learning openly with your team. Create clear decision frameworks.
    • Capability (Stage 4), 1 to 20: Focus on scaling your influence. Coach other managers. Build structures for continuous learning.
