Genos 360° Emotionally Intelligent Workplace Behaviour Feedback Report

Our in-depth report details how well individuals exhibit emotional intelligence in the workplace and how that behaviour is important to others in their working environment. Report also includes subjective comments from the chosen raters.

Key Points:

  • The Genos Feedback Report is driven by real sources close to the individual in question and is therefore the most credible report of its kind. Sources are chosen from groups of individuals who work with the person on a daily basis.

  • All information is obtained through a number of different rater groups; this can include but is not limited to managers, colleagues, superiors and subordinates.

Genos 180° Emotionally Intelligent Workplace Behaviour Feedback Report

In this assessment we display how efficiently an individual exhibits emotional intelligence in the workplace. The report also covers the importance of emotional intelligence amongst work colleagues and why it is important. Subjective comments from raters are also included.

Key points:

  • Dependable results, which are built from the sources closest to the individual in question.

  • All information is obtained from a body of workplace colleagues, Genos recommends between 3 and 6 persons for optimum balanced results. All results are presented in categories with a single rate.

  • Dependable methods for measuring areas of strength in an individual and pinpointing areas for development.
