This assessment is designed for preparatory workshops, seminars or customer facing employees.
This assessment determines how efficiently a person believes they exhibit emotional intelligence in the workplace, and their beliefs on the importance of emotional intelligence.

Genos 180° Emotionally Intelligent Workplace Behaviour Feedback Report

In this assessment we display how efficiently an individual exhibits emotional intelligence in the workplace. The report also covers the importance of emotional intelligence amongst work colleagues and why it is important. Subjective comments from raters are also included.
