How it works

As part of an Insights Discovery programme, the Insights Discovery Personal Profile is available either within a team workshop or individually.

Most people follow this up with a coaching session with an Insights expert, taking each person step-by-step through their profile, either one-to-one or with the whole team. The profile is widely available in many countries across the Insights network and in a range of languages.
